All orders ship from our studio in Hong Kong. Please allow 1–3 business days for our master craftsmen to meticulously prepare your order for departure.
Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For our UK and EU customers, please be aware that VAT or duties may be collected by the courier prior to delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vertiex piece. If you are not happy with your selection, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
- The original luxury presentation box must be included to protect the feathers during transit.
- Personalized or custom-made orders are considered final sale.
