We use PU leather for our products, artificial leather created to mimic real leather without having any animals harmed.

We emphasize on our feathers being collected as humanely as possible. No birds are to be harmed for their feather. Our feathers includes those mostly from natural molting and by-product from free range birds raising farms which would otherwise be discarded.

Vertiex bow ties are made of PU leather and feathers. To sustain their durability, please only clean them with dry or slightly damp lint free cloth. Do not clean with oil or wax. Store the bow tie in the box we provided when not in use. Avoid long exposure of direct sunlight, heat or humidity.

No worries! Our bow ties are made adjustable. It can fit up to 22" neck size.

We strongly recommend to avoid using your product in rainy weather. Leather is a living and natural material. Therefore, it is best to avoid extreme heat, humidity or rain. In the case of use in the rain, it is common that small bubbles appear on the leather. Those will fade naturally over time.

All our products are made to order, please allow 1 - 3 business days for us to process your order. For United States, shipment takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. For overseas, delivery can varies from 3 - 7 business days depending on the destination. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Delivery is free within the United States for purchases over $200. Otherwise, we charge $9.99 for delivery.

We are dedicated to provide exceptional quality as well as thorough after-sale service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days from your receipt. Return only applicable to items that have not been worn or damaged in any ways. The item must come in the original packaging and attached with the purchase invoice.

The cost of return shipping will be at your own expense. Please make sure to use tracking shipment as we do not take responsibility for any lost package without tracking information. As soon as Vertiex received the returned package and have the conformity checked, a refund will be allocated back to the same method you used for purchase within 48 hours.

We currently provide no item-to-item exchange service, meaning we cannot exchange another type of bow tie for you.

Exchange within the same type of bow tie is possible. If you are unsatisfied with how your bow tie turns out, we recommend you to contact us prior. As every bow tie we made is unique, we might be able to find you a bowtie that suits your aesthetics!
